We provide unique and diverse services for children, youth and adults in a safe and rewarding atmosphere through the delivery of high quality classes and programmes. While emphasis is placed on developing physical fitness, athleticism, and boosting health, our trained instructors are equally focused on building confidence and teaching skills that can be applied to any sport or athletic endeavor. Let us inspire and motivate your 4 and 5 year old pre-schooler to channel their energy into reaching their developmental milestones. Through structured physical activities, they will master numbers and colours and exercise their imaginations. Watch their self-esteem grow as they learn introductory gymnastics skills such as jumping, landing, rolling and balancing which form the foundation for progressing through our tumbling programmes. Classes are held on a Saturday morning from 8:45 to 9:45 am, and on a Tuesday from 1:15 to 2pm.
The termly fee for this 45 minute class is R900 however monthly installments can be arranged.
These classes are aimed at the basic steps of tumbling and are suitable for girls and boys between the ages of 6 and 8. Focus is placed on basic progressions, strength, coordination and flexibility at a pace that suits each participant. Emphasis is placed on individual goals as each participant moves through our programme to further their development of gymnastics ability. Key areas covered include shape jumps, introductory progressions for the infamous flick flack and the key steps to front and back somersaults. Classes are held on a Saturday morning from 8:45 to 9:45 and on Thursdays from 2:30 to 3:30pm.
The termly fee for this 60 minute class is R1050 however monthly installments can be arranged.
This 9-12 yr old class, develops fundamental body management skills via the movement patterns of landings, balances, locomotions, rotations, swings and springs. Through mastering of these fundamental movement patterns, participants develop a full range of physical and motor abilities (endurance, strength, power, flexibility, agility, balance, coordination and speed). Classes are aimed at the beginner tumbler and focus on age appropriate long term athlete development in a fun and stimulating environment.
Classes are held on Saturdays from 10 to 11:30am and on Fridays from 3 to 4:30pm.

Up for a challenge? This class inpsires your 13-16yr old teenagers to become involved. We offer a comprehensive and fun approach to tumbling, gymnastics, strength and flexibility training, an introduction to the equipment and basic progressions in various skills in a safe, structured environment.
Classes are held on Saturdays from 10 to 11:30am and on Fridays from 3 to 4:30pm.

This is a multi functional class aimed at the 9+ age group. Lead by the Amabuthu Jump rope facilitators, emphasis is placed on increasing fitness, calorie burning and rope skipping technical basics in an environment that inspires healthy bodies and minds. Did you know that jumping rope is a youth appropriate method of plyometric training. Plyometrics, also known as jump training, are exercises that help develop explosive power through fast, consecutive stretching and contracting of the muscles, with the goal of reducing an athlete’s ground contact time. Classes are held on a Friday from 2 to 2:45pm.

We aim to provide an exciting atmosphere for physical fitness and kinetic artistic endeavors to all age ranges. We strongly value teaching children and adults the importance of the arts for self-expression, esteem building and individuality. We seek to create an environment where individuals and groups work towards accomplishing their own physical, emotional, and artistic goals.
We work in close partnership with Blue Fire Productions to provide an opportunity for our advanced participants
to gain work experience and to create pathways to professional artistic endeavors.
We focus on building strength towards hammock, silk, static trapeze and lyra for all 9 to 16yr olds. Classes are on a Friday from 3:45 to 4:45 Prior bookings are essential.

This 90-minute class is available for any 16+ at any skill gymnastics level! We offer this class for people with a range of motivations - some have a leftover passion for gymnastics or tumbling from childhood; others are brand new to the sport and want to experience a fun new challenge while working to build strength, confidence and flexibility. It is a mixed-gender class and there are no upper age limits. We focus primarily on floor and tumbling skills, strength and flexibility but participants will have a chance to try out any of the apparatus during the class. Classes are held on a Friday from 5:30 to 6:30pm. and on a Saturday from 11:30 to 1:00pm. Adults pay R1200 for the term, R400 per month or a once off drop in fee of R120 per class.
Our Adult Aerial class is held on a Wednesday from 5:00 to 6:30pm and focuses on building strength, skill and confidence in Aerial Silk, Static Trapeze, Lyra and Hammock. The termly fee for this class is R1200 however monthly installments can be arranged.
This class is about making you stronger and more flexible. All our classes build strength and flexibility naturally. However, there are always those moves that are slightly out of reach until you become stronger and more flexible. Our Flexfit Classes are there to help you attain those moves more quickly. This class focuses on body weight training and uses exercises that will help each participant reach their goals, whether to lose weight, gain more strength and flexibility or challenge themselves at a unique way of staying fit. Classes are held on a Tuesday from 5:15 to 6:15pm

Founded by Gymnastics Coach - Kim Paul, Innov8 combines three wonderful programmes into a convenient one-stop-shop for Gymnastics, Rope Skipping and Performance art. With opportunities ranging from recreational to advanced and competitive classes, our focus lies in recreational Tumbling, Competitive Women's Artistic Gymnastics, Rope Skipping, Aerial Silk, Static Trapeze and Lyra. Classes have been developed to provide enthusiastic instruction tailored to both age and ability and beginners are welcome to join at any stage in our programme. Our goal is to not only develop skill and ability as we engage you in ways to increase your self-esteem and confidence in an empowering environment.
We pride ourselves on our progressive preschool and recreational programmes and work with a small group of talented Artistic girls who compete locally and nationally at the more advanced levels .
