Innov8 combines three wonderful programmes into a convenient one-stop-shop for Gymnastics, Rope Skipping and Performance art.  With opportunities  ranging from  recreational  to advanced and competitive classes,  our focus lies in recreational Tumbling, Competitive Women's Artistic Gymnastics, Rope Skipping, Aerial Silk, Static Trapeze and Lyra.  Classes  have been developed to provide enthusiastic instruction tailored to both   age and  ability and beginners are welcome to join at any stage in our programme. Our goal is to not only develop  skill and ability as we engage you in ways to increase your  self-esteem and confidence in an empowering environment.

We pride ourselves on our progressive preschool and recreational programmes  and  work with a small group of talented Artistic girls who compete locally and nationally at the more advanced levels .
